I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, close to some great restaurants and within walking distance of everything, including the Great Smokey Mountains railroad. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was really welcoming. On the downside, it was a bit distant from some attractions. Overall, a great value for money.

The rooms are spacious and modern, but the energy bar selection for dining was limited. The service from the staff was exceptional, offering great housekeeping and tours/ticket assistance. The facilities are well-maintained, creating a comfortable stay. Although a bit pricier, the value for money is evident in the superb location and amenities.
